I woke up with this song in my head. It’s Nilsson’s cover of Randy Newman’s, Beehive State. Perhaps it sounds dramatic but the first time I heard Nilsson’s version of this song I stopped what I was doing and just listened. I then played it about four times in a row which I have also done while writing this post. Often when I have played this song for friends of mine who have never heard it and the reaction is often, “Wow. That’s a great song.” It is. I’m sure you’ll agree.
